Paneer Thecha
Ingredients:
- Paneer 1800 gm
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 3 cilantro bunches
- 10 serano green chilis
- 2 garlic bulbs
- 1 inch ginger
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon roasted besan
- Salt to taste
- Avocado oil
1. Lightly roast peanuts in toaster (350 degrees for 4-5 minutes). Remove and let cool. Remove skin from peanuts.
2. Chop ginger. Remove garlic skin. Deseed and roughly chop serano peppers. Wash cilantro and stems and keep aside.
3. Place pan in low to medium heat, dry roast cumin seeds, green chili, garlic, ginger, and peanuts. May add a little oil if desired. Then, let cool.
4. In a food processor, add cilantro, dry roasted ingredients, lemon juice, salt, 1 tablespoon roasted besan, oil as needed.
5. Chop paneer and coat paneer with mixture. May keep aside for about 20 minutes.
6. Grill the paneer pieces and serve hot.
