Spicy Cucumber Salad

  Ingredients   1 cucumber sliced Trader Joe's everything bagel seasoning to taste Trader Joe's crunchy chili onion to taste Optional:cheese of choice:(feta, parmesan), few spoons Greek yogurt Mix all the ingredients and enjoy

Overnight Tiramisu Oats


Ingredients 

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Expresso(1 tsp of expresso mixed with 2 tablespoons of hot water)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup yogurt in a separate bowl mixed with 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon vanilla 


1. In a bowl, add oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cocoa powder and expresso and stir well.

2. Now top with yogurt mixture 

3. Place overnight in refrigerator 

4. May sprinkle with cocoa and chocolate chips on top prior to eating.
