Spicy Cucumber Salad

  Ingredients   1 cucumber sliced Trader Joe's everything bagel seasoning to taste Trader Joe's crunchy chili onion to taste Optional:cheese of choice:(feta, parmesan), few spoons Greek yogurt Mix all the ingredients and enjoy

Healthy Mukhwas

 

Ingredients 

  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2  tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup white sesame seeds 
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup fennel seeds
  • 1/2 cup black sesame seeds


1. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, salt, turmeric, and water in a bowl. Now, add the seeds and mix well. Let rest for at least half hour.

2. Dry roast on low to medium heat for 25 minutes and stir continuously.

3. Place on the side and taste to to ensure roasted well. Once cool, store in an air tight bottle.
