Spicy Cucumber Salad

  Ingredients   1 cucumber sliced Trader Joe's everything bagel seasoning to taste Trader Joe's crunchy chili onion to taste Optional:cheese of choice:(feta, parmesan), few spoons Greek yogurt Mix all the ingredients and enjoy

SOOJI DHOKLA

Ingredients
For batter
2 cups sooji flour(semolina)
1 cup chana lot/flour
2-4 big spoons of yogurt
4 cups warm water
Salt
Eno


Garnishing and Vagar
Sesame seeds
Grated coconut
Oil
Coriander


To make batter, take 2 cups of sooji, 1 cup chana lot, mix with oil with hands. Then add 2-4 big spoons of yogurt, 4 cups of water/hot water, and salt. Put outside near sun or set aside overnight.

Once ready to amke, add ginger and green peppers to taste.

Keep vessel with water and put greased(with oil) plate to keep warm with gas on.

In separate bowl, place 3-4 spons of batter, 2 small spoons of eno, 1 drop of oil, and few drops of warm water. Mix well and put on plate with vessel.

Place red chill masala and sesame seeds in bowl and put on batter in plate.

Let cook for 10-12 minutes medium heat.

Later, do vagar with hing, grated coconut, mustard seeds, green chillis, and then garnish with coriander leaves.
