Blueberry overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup blueberries(frozen is best to give a nice color)
  • Lemon zest to taste(optional)
  • Toppings- blueberries, walnuts, coconut, drizzle of almond/peanut butter, etc

 





1) In a small blender, blend blueberries, maple syrup, and 1 cup milk together.

2) In a glass bowl or jar, add rolled oats with chia seeds and blended mixture and mix well. Now add yogurt and lemon zest(optional) and mix. Cover and place overnight in refrigerator. 

3) Add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
