Banana overnight oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter
- Cinnamon to taste
- Optional vanilla extact-1/4 tsp
- 1 ripe banana mashed with a fork
- Toppings- banana slices, walnuts, and drizzle of almond/peanut butter
1) In a glass container or bottle, mix all the ingredients together and place in refrigerator overnight.
2) Garnish with toppings of choice when ready to eat
