Banana overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Optional vanilla extact-1/4 tsp
  • 1 ripe banana mashed with a fork
  • Toppings- banana slices, walnuts, and drizzle of almond/peanut butter




1) In a glass container or bottle, mix all the ingredients together and place in refrigerator overnight.

2) Garnish with toppings of choice when ready to eat
