Farali Potato Shaak

Ingredients
3 large or 4 medium potatoes
1 sweet potato
2 green chilis
1.5 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of dhana jeeru masala
Cumin seeds
Golden raisins
Peanuts(whole or crushed)
Cashews
Cilantro for garnishing



Method
1) Cook potatoes in pressure cooker or microwave

2) Dry roast peanuts if raw and place aside

3) In a pan, add ghee followed by cashews and golden raisins, let raisins swell, then remove in separate bowl

4) Now, add oil to pan, followed by cumin seeds, once sizzle, add green chilis. In about 30 seconds, add the potatoes and sweet potato. Now add salt and dhana jeeru. Stir well and let it cook for few minutes. Now add the peanuts, raisins, and cashews. 

5) Garnish with cilantro.
