Chili garlic noodles

Ingredients:

  • 3 packs Maggi with Maggi masala or similar noodles
  • 6 tsp oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • Veggies-1 large onion, 1 bell pepper(may add broccoli, green peas, etc.)
  • 4-6 tsp Chili garlic sauce(may substitute with red pepper paste)
  • 6 tsp soy sauce
  • 2-3 drops vinegar
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 cups of water
  • Green onions to garnish
  • Optional: sesame seeds



Method:

In a pan, add oil, followed by garlic and onion. After about a minute or two, add rest of veggies. Once sauteed, then add chili garlic sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce along with black pepper to taste. May add sesame seeds if desired. Add 3 cups of water.  Once water starts to bubble, add Maggi noodles and Maggi masala 2-3 packets. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
