Baked Potato Melts



Ingredients:

  • Potatoes of your choice
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic 1-2 cloves
  • Black pepper 
  • Salt 
  • Cheese
  • Garnishing(green onions, sour cream)



Method:

1) Clean and wash potatoes, slice in halves

2) In a bowl, mix olive oil, finely chopped/crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper.

3) Use a fork or knife to poke the potato inner side. 

4) Dip potato half inner portion in bowl filling and then place on baking sheet.

5) Bake for 400° F for 30 minutes, then take out of oven and poke with fork to assure it is baked. If still not soft on fork poke, then place back in oven for 5-10 minutes.  If done, add cheese, place back for 3-5 minutes.

6) Garnish with toppings of your choice.
