PAV BHAJI INSTANT POT

Ingredients: 

1-2 Onions
2-3 Tomatoes
Cauliflower
Potatoes-2-3
Carrots-1 cup
Green peas-1 cup
Ginger
Garlic
Green chilli
Cumin seeds
Pav Bhaji Masala
Red Chilli Powder
Dhana Jeeru Powder
Cinnamon sticks or powder
Turmeric
Oil/ghee/butter
Salt to taste
1.5 to 2 cups water



1) Add Oil/ghee/butter to instant pot in saute mode. Once warm, add cumin seeds, then onions, ginger, garlic, green chillis. Once translucent, add tomatoes. While cooking, add masalas and salt. Once cooked well, add other veggies, mix, add about 1.5 cups to 2 cups of water.

2) Pressure cook for 6 minutes, allow slow release.  Use immersion blender or food masher to desired consistency. May place back on saute mode for desired consistency. 

3) Garnish with cilantro, lemon, and chopped onions and tomatoes.
