Vegetable Pakora
Ingredients
Russett Potatoes -3 grated
Onions-2 grated
Garlic cloves-3 grated
Cumin powder -2 tablespoons
Ground coriander-1 tablespoon
Chili powder-1 tablespoon(optional)
Dried chili flakes-1 pinch
Green chilis-2
Fresh black cracked pepper
Salt-3 tablespoons
Cauliflower-2 cups
Chickpea flour-1 cup
Onions-2 grated

Chili powder-1 tablespoon(optional)
Dried chili flakes-1 pinch

Salt-3 tablespoons
Cauliflower-2 cups
Chickpea flour-1 cup
1) Grate all three potatoes in bowl. Add grated onions and garlic. Now, add cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, green chili flakes, dried chili flakes, green chils, black pepper, and salt.
Mix all ingredients together.
2) Add 2 cups diced cauliflower. Add 1 cup of chickpea flower and mash/mix with hands.
3) Make balls and slightly flatten out
4) Fry in canola oil to golden brown color and then flip to achieve same color on other side and take it out
