PIZZA DOUGH
Ingredients
Water-2.5 cups
Sugar-1 teaspoon
Yeast-2 teaspoons
Flour-7 cups
Salt-1.5 teaspoons
EVOO-6 tablespoons
1) Take 2.5 cups of warm water, add 1 teaspoon sugar, and 2 teaspoons of yeast, and stir. You will see bubbles as gets activated.
2) In 7 cups of flour, add 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 6 tablespoons of extravirgin olive oil, and then add water and sugar mixture. Stir with spoon and then with hands. Place on counter top and knead for 10 minutes. Make in ball and place in bowl after oil has been placed. Place plastic wrap. Let stay for 1 hour to 24 hours.
3) Now add flour to counter top and place dough and knead again for 1-2 minutes. Cut with knife and cover with little bit of flour and let rise for one hour longer.
4) Now use hands/fingers or rolling pin to make to desired size.
