TAHINI SAUCE


Ingredients
Tahini paste half cup
Garlic
Half a cup of water
Olive oil
Salt
Lemon juice








1) Place the tahini paste as well as equal amounts of water, salt to taste, 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 4-5 cloves of garlic, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend to desired consistency. May add water to obtain desired consistency.

2) May garnish with parsley and paprika
