SAAG PANEER
Ingredients
Frozen spinach 16 oz
Garlic
Ginger
Onions
Tomato
Couple of cashews soaked and milk
Oil
Green chili
Paneer
Salt
Sugar
Masalas
3/4 cup water
1) Place oil in pan and add ginger, garlic, green chili, and onions, let cook. Then add tomatoes once onions are translucent. Add frozen spinach with about 3/4 cup water. Lower heat and add salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and garam masalas. Add cashews but leave milk for blending. Add about 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
2) Blend mixture once cooled
3) In pan, add oil, may add jeeru if desired, then spinach mixture. One starts bubbling, add paneer.

Pressure cook 5 minutes and then use immersion blender
