CHILLI TOFU


Ingredients
-Tofu 14 to 16 oz, or paneer
-6-8 cloves garlic
-1-2 onions
-1-2 green Chillies
-1-2 bell peppers
-Oil
-Vinegar
-Soy sauce
-Chili garlic sauce
-Cilantro for garnishing



1) Open and drain tofu, cut in pieces. Place oil in pan and cook tofu with soy sauce until grilled. Place in a dish once cooked.

2) Place oil in pan, and then add garlic and green chilies, let cook for about a minute. Then add onions, cook until translucent. Now add bell peppers. Once cooked, add soy sauce and chili garlic sauce. Now add fried tofu and toss together.

3) May garnish with green onions and cilantro
