Peanut Green Chili Raita
Ingredients
Yogurt
Green Chili peppers
Roasted peanuts
Oil
Hing
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Sugar (optional)
1) Grill green chili peppers, peel the skin off and cut in long lengthwise pieces. Deseed and discard the peeled portion.
2) Heat oil, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and hing. Let it sizzle. Then add tempering to slightly salted yogurt mixture.
3) Add roasted peanuts as well as roasted green chilies to mixture.
