PANEER TIKKA MASALA
Ingredients:
- 3-4 medium tomatoes
- 1-2 onions
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Paneer
- Handful cashews soaked in 1/4 cup milk
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- Tikka masala to taste
1) Place oil in pan and when warm add chopped garlic and ginger.
2) After about 30 seconds, add onions and cook until translucent. Then add tomatoes, salt to taste, and cashews (not milk, keep the milk aside to use later). Saute till cooked and tomatoes have softened.
3) Turn off stove and let ingredients cool. Once cooled, blend the mixture to your desired consistency using milk from soaked cashews.
4) Once blended, place oil in pan and add the blended mixture along with tikka masala to taste, and paneer.
