Orange Tofu

Ingredients:
- 1 box tofu approximately 16 to 19 Oz
- Bell peppers of choice 2 to 3
- Onions 2
- Ginger to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Green onions for garnishing
Bowl Ingredients:
- Three tablespoons of water
- 4 teaspoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- One to two tablespoons of Sambal chili garlic sauce
- Zest of one orange
- Orange juice of one orange or two to three 2 to 3 clementines
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice
- One tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- In a bowl, whisk together water and cornstarch, once smooth, add all other bowl ingredients and whisk together, keep aside.
- In a pan, add oil and cubed tofu, one starts turning golden brown, place on side of pan & start sauteing green peppers along with onions with ginger and garlic. Once all the ingredients are sauteed to taste, add whisked mixture and mix.
- Garnish with green onions and enjoy
