Ingredients:
2 Potatoes
Paneer (8 oz)
Nutmeg powder
Cardamom powder
Salt to taste
Cornstarch or cornflour
Oil to fry

Oil to fry
- Place equal amount of mashed potato and shredded paneer in bowl, and salt, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder to taste and mix well.
- Shape to your liking, roll on corn flour and cornstarch to coat. Then deep fry, shallow fry, or place in toaster. Cook until golden brown.
