Kofta

Ingredients:
2 Potatoes
Paneer (8 oz)
Nutmeg powder
Cardamom powder
Salt to taste
Cornstarch or cornflour
Oil to fry


  1. Place equal amount of mashed potato and shredded paneer in bowl, and salt, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder to taste and mix well.
  2. Shape to your liking, roll on corn flour and cornstarch to coat. Then deep fry, shallow fry, or place in toaster. Cook until golden brown.
