Cooked brussel sprouts

Ingredients:
Brussel sprouts
Olive oil
Butter
Garlic
Salt
Black Pepper
Parmesan cheese



  1. Wash and cut brussel sprouts lengthwise in half.
  2. In a pan, place about 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 
  3. When the butter starts to foam, add one finely cut garlic, and start placing brussel sprouts flat side down. 
  4. Cover pan, and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes. Then, fork the brussel sprouts to see if they are tender and cooked. 
  5. Once cooked, add salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese to taste. Enjoy!
