Cooked brussel sprouts
Ingredients:
Brussel sprouts
Olive oil
Butter
Garlic
Salt
Black Pepper
Parmesan cheese

- Wash and cut brussel sprouts lengthwise in half.
- In a pan, place about 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- When the butter starts to foam, add one finely cut garlic, and start placing brussel sprouts flat side down.
- Cover pan, and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes. Then, fork the brussel sprouts to see if they are tender and cooked.
- Once cooked, add salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese to taste. Enjoy!
